This document explains what Keola Beamer Productions, along with any other agents acting on its behalf, do with any and all personal information that you give us either directly or indirectly.

If you have not already done so, please read our Terms and Conditions/User Agreement before reading this Privacy Policy. In general, we use the personal information that we collect from you to allow you to use the services offered by our website including content provided free of charge and content subject to payment (“Free and Paid-for Content and Services”, heretofore collectively referred to as “Service”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to our Service and not to any other company, individual, organisation, or website that you may reach via a link from our website, except for those companies we mention below. If at any time you have a question about anything contained in this Privacy Policy or a general query on privacy, please contact us.

By accessing kbeamer.com (“the Site”), you are agreeing to the Privacy Policy outlined below.

Consent

Your use of our Service signifies your consent to us collecting and using some necessary personal information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Should we choose to change our Privacy Policy for any reason, the changes will be posted here, so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use your personal information, and when we may disclose it.

Registration Information

Although certain areas of the Site are made available to all visitors free of charge (“Free Content”), before you can fully use the Service or purchase any content on the Site, you may need to register your details with the Site owners and operators in accordance with the registration details. You are encouraged to register your details. Should you not register your details, you may not be allowed to use parts or all of the Service.

To protect you against potential unwanted use of your credit card, none of your credit card information is stored in our Site database; instead, we use a highly reputable third-party online payment system (“Stripe” at stripe.com) to process all payments, and you are subject to their privacy policies and terms-of-use whenever you sign up for a membership on this Site. The Site reserves the right to ask for your date of birth to verify your age before you use any of the Paid-for Content. No individual under the age of 18 will be able to access any of the Paid-for Content; however, if you wish to register an individual under the age of 18 to use this Service, please contact the kbeamer.com Site Administrator directly using the contact form to allow us to register the user manually.

How We Collect Information About and/or From You

Aggregate Web Usage Statistics (“Statistics”) will be collected by the Site for use in the maintenance and improvement of the Site over time. This information is not personal to you and may include, but is not limited to, broad information such as the number of times a particular page or video has been viewed, graphs showing when content has been accessed, search-engine terms used to find the Site, and the number of people visiting the Site organised by country.

Also, in order to process your account to allow you access to Site content subject to payment (“Paid-for Content”) and in order to reconcile our accounts, Stripe may provide us with information detailing the credits and/or debits made to your credit/debit card as it relates to the use of the Site. The Site also keeps track of the IP Address(es) you have been using so that we can be sure you have not been sharing your login password (for members of the Site), and/or to make sure that you are not accessing the Site from a blocked country. (Some countries are blocked from viewing or using this Site due to the exceptionally high numbers of hackers who try to harm the Site.)
