From my recording “Mohala Hou – Music Of The Hawaiian Renaissance“

This is one of my favorite songs written by dear friend, Jerry Santos. Jerry and I were in the same class at Kamehameha Schools and were in boarding school together as kids until we both graduated in 1969. We’ve been close friends for all these many years. Here is Jerry’s classic, “Ku’u Home O Kahalu’u”, a song he wrote for his home on ‘Oahu. Its now considered a Contemporary Hawaiian Classic.
